By accessing or using the Wavelength Care mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. About Wavelength Care
Wavelength Care is a self-contained journaling application designed to help users track and manage their health information privately. The App is operated by Wavelength Care, a company based in Ohio, United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Description of Service
Wavelength Care provides a private journaling platform where users can:
- Record personal health information
- Track medical appointments and doctor visits
- Document disease diagnoses and health conditions
- Maintain personal health records
The App is designed for personal use only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. User Accounts and Registration
To use the App, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Important: Wavelength Care is not a licensed medical provider and does not practice medicine or provide medical services. The app does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, features, and tools provided by Wavelength Care — including symptom prompts, summaries, or appointment preparation guidance — are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
You acknowledge that Wavelength Care does not review, evaluate, or interpret your health information in a clinical context and that no healthcare professionals are involved in delivering the app's services. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns and, in case of medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately. We are not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on App content.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- The App, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Wavelength Care
- All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
Your Rights
- You retain all rights to your personal health information and journal entries
- We do not claim ownership of your user-generated content
10. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain continuous service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelength Care and its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to any reliance on its content, data accuracy, or output.
Use of Wavelength Care is at your sole risk, and you agree to release us from any claims related to the misuse or interpretation of information provided through the app.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wavelength Care from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Termination
By You
- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may request the deletion of your account and data
By Us
We may terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the App inappropriately
- Engage in prohibited activities
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
14. Data Retention and Deletion
- You may request deletion of your data at any time
- Upon account termination, we will delete your data according to our retention policy
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
- All data deletion follows HIPAA-compliant procedures
15. Governing Law
